Inspector-General of Water Compliance

The Inspector-General of Water Compliance (IGWC) is an independent regulator responsible for ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity in the delivery of the Commonwealth’s Murray–Darling Basin water reforms.

A distinct brand identity was developed to differentiate IGWC from the broader department and reinforce its role as an independent authority. The brand reflects IGWC’s mission, building trust in water management through transparency and oversight, through a clear, structured, and contemporary visual language.

This included a full brand rollout, from visual identity and guidelines to key communication assets, alongside 12 months of ongoing design support to ensure consistency and support the establishment of a strong, recognisable presence.
